🎯 Purpose of Special TET
The Special APTET August 2026 qualification is intended to fulfil the mandatory TET condition for:
🔹 Continuing in the present post
🔹 Promotion to the next higher post
⚠️ Important: This Special TET qualification cannot be used for future direct recruitment.
For future direct recruitment, candidates need to appear for the Regular APTET / CTET, as applicable.
📚 Paper-I Eligibility
🏫 Classes I to V
Paper-I is for candidates intending to teach Classes I to V.
👨🏫 SGTs and LFL Head Masters working in Government and Local Body Schools who have both D.El.Ed and B.Ed qualifications are permitted to appear for Paper-I as specified in the notification.

🏫 Classes VI to VIII
The following categories are permitted to appear for Paper-II:

✅ High School Head Masters
